My new C68 came today so I hooked her up. No one can get me a C66. The one I bought is broken. Epson told me to toss it, then sent me the C68.
I sent the same blue file to the new printer. Wow it is blue, not kind of blue, it’s right on.

First of all I want to tell you that I love the Polycoat--- I tried it out last week on various kinds of tiles and it worked perfectly---
Do you by any chance have a Polycoat that makes a matte finish as well? Not a problem if you don't because I just sprayed a matte coating over the tiles when they were dry for those that I wanted a matte finish and it really did work quite well. I am truly delighted with this product and I know I will be buying more of it in the future.

In February of this year I purchased from you (off of Ebay and off of your site) a set of refillable, always full, ink cartridges, a set of head cleaning cartridges, and a full brace of inks for my Epson C84 printer.
I hope that you're so busy that you don't recall me at all, but I had several questions prior to buying and all of them were answered quickly, politely, and with more patience towards my constant barrage of queries that I would have expected.
I had much trepidation of trying out a 'new' source of inks; as you can understand how everyone claims that their inks are the best, but application never seems to hold up to the claims.
However, I am 100% satisfied with this purchase.
I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that all of your equipment, including the inks are top-notch and that they have performed for me over the past few months through literally 500 plus shirts, etc with bright bold colors, minimal head clogging, and I no longer have to adjust coloring and lose costly materials trying to get the colors just right.
As I am a business owner, albeit a small business, I can happily say that I have recommended your products to EVERYONE and ANYONE that cares to listen. I have all of my peers in the business about the great success I've had with your products, and I hope that it has sent some business your way.
At present, I do not need any other equipment as your inks last a good long time, and the spongeless cartridges really economize the ink usage. However, I shall always purchase from you in the future.
